The house is located in the Barcarés area, the quietest area in the north of the island, a cozy area next to the sea and quiet and beautiful beaches.
The house is accessed through the garden with its private pool, perfect for cooling off in the summer.
The house has a modern and spacious kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, where you will also find an additional dining area.
The house has parking for one vehicle. There is also parking in the same street as the house all year round.

Two of the bedrooms have two single beds each, the third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, ideal to enjoy a nice breakfast or to enjoy the evening breeze with your partner. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a modern shower.
The house has another bathroom with toilet and shower, and an extra toilet.
