Casa Malì is a real gem! The house is ideal for 6 people to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the Tuscan countryside in complete privacy.

The house is comfortably furnished and equipped with every comfort: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and 1 with shower), a beautiful sitting area and living room and a new kitchen with everything you need.

You can also enjoy the outdoors at the large table under the pergola in the large garden or by the swimming pool with a beautiful view.

This house is located in nature within walking distance (1 km) of the beautiful village of Monticiano, where there are shops and where you will find everything (bar, restaurant, shop, pharmacy...). The village is located in the Val di Merse, in the middle between Siena (35 km) and Massa Marittima (40 km). This allows you to visit the sights of the province of Siena as well as the destinations in Maremma.

Many classic destinations in Tuscany can be reached in less than an hour's drive: Siena (35 km), San Gimignano (50 km), Monteriggioni (40 km), Buonconvento (40 km), Montalcino (55 km)… The Tuscan coast is also reachable in less than an hour (Follonica).

Nearby you will find the Abbey of San Galgano (8 km) and you will find other gems in the Val di Merse: Radicondoli, Sovicille, Murlo. Also close by are the hot sulfur springs of Petriolo (24 km) and the beautiful village of Roccatederighi (29 km).

Nature lovers are also catered for here: Monticiano borders several nature reserves, where you can take many beautiful walks between forests and waterfalls (such as the 'Canaloni').
