Villa Playa Flamenca is a spacious and comfortable holiday home located in the quiet residential area of Las Mismosas in Playa Flamenca (Orihuela Costa), on Spain’s sunny Costa Blanca South.
The property consists of a main villa for 6 guests and a separate apartment for 2 guests, ideal for families or friends travelling together while enjoying privacy.
The apartment can also be rented separately, exept in the months July an August.
The private swimming pool with alarm (12 x 4.5 m – optional heating) and single-level layout ensure a relaxed and carefree stay. The garden isrnclosed and you have complete prrivacy.
The villa features a bright living area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine (Senseo), toaster and dishwasher.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi and television.
The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a separate toilet.
The independent apartment includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and seating area, located just a 1 metre from the villa.
Bed linen and towels are included (beach towels not provided).
Pets are not allowd.
Beautiful sandy beaches such as Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cabo Roig are just 5 minutes away by car. Shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance, while La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is around 10 minutes away.
The area is perfect for golfing, cycling and walking, with several golf courses nearby and and also mini-golf. Cities such as Torrevieja, Alicante and Murcia are easily accessible. Thanks to the mild climate, this destination is ideal all year round.
