Maison BelleBleu is a charming detached holiday home with private heated swimming pool, located in the heart of the beautiful Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan in Burgundy. The house is located on a hill and completely freepeace and privacy guaranteedwith beautiful views. 

This attractive holiday home can accommodate up to 5 people and is located on a fully fenced private property of no less than 3,000 m². Both nice for families and couples looking for peace and nature.

Due to its central location (in the middle of the Morvan), extensive forests, lakes, authentic French villages and historic cities are within driving distance. By car, walking or by bike (there are two bicycles in the garage), you can enjoy nature or visit terraces and beautiful towns.

The holiday home has a spacious terrace, a heated private swimming pool, comfortable garden furniture, barbecue and sufficient space for the car on the private property.

A 3-minute drive or 10-minute bike ride away you will find the famous Lac des Settons, one of the most beautiful recreational lakes in Burgundy, where you can swim, sail, paddle board, fish and enjoy various water sports activities.

Hikers and mountain bikers can also indulge themselves thanks to the hundreds of kilometers of signposted routes through the Morvan.

Prices include bed linen, towels and hammam towels for the pool and kitchen linen.

Maison BelleBleu is a charming, well-maintained and attractively furnished French country house. A lot of attention has been paid to comfort and detail in the furnishings. The house is fully equipped, so that you can fully enjoy a relaxing and carefree holiday.

On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with a comfortable seating area and a spacious dining area. You can walk straight into the terrace and garden through the French doors. The large windows offer beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary equipment, including a dishwasher, induction hob, combination microwave, extractor hood, large refrigerator with separate freezer, Bosch coffee maker, Senseo, kettle and blender.

You reach the first floor via the stairs in the living room. Here there is a comfortable king-size bed (180 x 210 cm), which can be split into two separate beds if desired, as well as a single box bed (90 x 200 cm). You will also find the bathroom on this floor, equipped with a shower cabin, second toilet and sink.

Families with young children have also been taken into account: a cot and high chair are available.

For extra comfort, the house has WiFi and a Smart TV with Dutch channels and access to Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video. Those who like to explore the area by bike can use the available bicycles. There is also a washing machine at your disposal in the garage.

It is also wonderful to stay at Maison BelleBleu in the colder months. The attractive wood stove, in combination with electric heating, creates a pleasant and warm atmosphere.

Maison BelleBleu is located in the heart of the Morvan, in beautiful Burgundy. This green region is also called the 'green lung of Burgundy' and is known for its vast forests, rolling hills, clear lakes and atmospheric, authentic French villages.

The beautiful Lac des Settons is just a few minutes' drive from the house. This popular lake offers plenty of opportunities for water fun, including swimming, kayaking, sailing, fishing and various other water sports activities. The nearby Lac de Pannecière is also a wonderful place to enjoy peace, nature and recreation by the water.

The Morvan is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. There is an extensive network of routes through dense forests, green valleys, along picturesque lakes and through characteristic villages. Nature lovers will get their money's worth here thanks to the rich biodiversity and beautiful views. The area is also ideal for a lovely walk with your four-legged friend.

For your daily shopping you can go to nearby Montsauche-les-Settons, which has a bakery, supermarket and various other facilities. For cozy terraces, local markets, restaurants and nice shops, you can visit Saulieu, Château-Chinon, Alligny en Morvan and Autun. Autun is more than worth a visit. The city has a rich Roman past, an impressive cathedral and a beautiful historic city center.

Culture enthusiasts can also make plenty of special excursions from Maison BelleBleu. Well-known destinations such as Vézelay, Dijon, Beaune, Cluny and Chalon-sur-Saône are definitely worth a visit. In addition, the historic archaeological site of Bibracte, one of the most important Celtic sites in France, is a short distance away.
