Our luxurious villa for 10 people, completely renovated in 2015, is located in a quiet residential area just 600m from the beach of Moraira. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets can be found within 300 m. The villa offers beautiful sea views from all levels.

The villa is located on a flat plot of 1000m², enclosed by a wall. The location at the end of a dead-end street next to a plot of forest land guarantees absolute tranquility just a few minutes from the beach.

This villa, although equipped with 3 car spaces, is the ideal choice for those who wish to use the car as little or as little as possible during their holiday. A 5-minute walk from the first restaurants, the department store and within walking distance of the beautiful beach “Playa de la Ampolla” of Moraira with its beautiful promenade, terraces and restaurants, it offers a pleasant transition between peace, relaxation and entertainment.
